This lady used to work at our establishment. We work in a medical facility. Eventually, all of us who had to work with Ms. Stacia learned that she was a two faced liar and a fraud. She used to constantly miss work, come in late, even when she did come in, she would never work. She would always whine and cry to management and play on their sympathies saying she had to do this, that or the other because of her so called "disabled" or "mentally ill" daughter. For a while, to the disgust of myself and fellow co-workers she would get away with murder. To offset her total lack of work ethic or accomplishing anything when she actually did make it to work, she would constantly go to management with some tale about a co-worker doing or not doing something. She was even making up tales about people on other floors and other departments. Eventually, she was caught stealing drugs out of the lock up. She wasn't even supposed to have access to the lock up, she was never cleared, yet somehow, she had a key. We couldn't know for sure but assuming she is the only person stealing from the lock up, an audit showed a progression, more and more drugs missing and starting from shortly after she began her employment. While she worked with us, a number of other things went missing too. Purses, wallets, money, jewelry, I-pods and other items. No one ever saw her and to be honest we didn't suspect her until she was caught stealing from the lock out. Ironically, these thefts stopped when Ms Stacia was terminated. Management terminated her and swept it under the carpet in order to avoid other issues on their end so she essentially got away with a crime that she should have done jail time for. We are disgusted that she got away with this, especially since she is so devious. Because she got away with it she will undoubtedly try it again somewhere else, that is just how she is. Future employers and co-workers beware!! Watch out for yourselves and watch your back. Don't get sucked in by this person, she is very bad news and she will stab you in the back and rob you blind.
