Star Rebates offers a $300 rebate for fuel over a period of 15 months. We signed up in April 2010 by submitting a $12.95 refundable registration fee, and began collecting our fuel receipts in May 2010. We received the rebate for May, June, and July promptly. Our August submittal was not rebated until October 2010. Our submissions for September, October, November, and December 2010, as well as January 2011 and February 2011 are all still listed on the website as "pending." I have emailed in January and received a canned response. I emailed in February and received no response. I have called and left a message and have received no returned call. This company does not live up to its own "terms and conditions." Each month's voucher is to be disposed within 30 days. At this point, I feel sure I will never see the 6 months of rebates owed to us, nor the "refundable application fee."

E-mail consumer rights advocate Amy Clancy @ KIRO TV she is exposing these people [email protected] They have ripped me off too. It's probably mail fraud. Also you can e-mail the Attorney General a complaint using the following link: www.atg.wa.gov/fileacoplaint.aspx
