State Farm Danny Venz Danny Venz Danny Venz Has Ruined My Credit by Placing FRAUD Claims On It Dallas, Texas

I work for a company, and occasionally, we file claims with our insurance agency, State Farm with Danny Venz if something happens. Well - this month - after buying my FIRST HOUSE - I'm a first time home buyer, I was rejected for Home INsurance for PREVIOUS CLAIMS. I said, "WHAT?" I'm a first time home buyer - I don't have any claims! Nothing. They said - This came from DANNY VENZ. Did you place a claim? I said - Danny Venz is who my boss has his insurance with. I'm the contact person at work. Well there's nothing we can do. It was listed under you. CALLED BACK: Danny Venz and Laurie Love placed your name on the account back in 2009 after my first claim. Well - I'm sorry.. BUT if I'm the contact point at my job, then it shouldn't affect my credit rating. Do I have a lawsuit?
Does anyone know if this is LIBEL? I feel like my company and boss's claims should not count against me?
