Signed an agreement with Nationwide movers for $1992.00 to move small amount of items from NH to CA Items were picked up on 9/8 at which point I was advised that Nationwide is not doing the move but subcontracted to Statewide Relocation out of Florida. At that point they doubled the cost to $3800. No choice but to agree to the increase despite the original assurance of Nationwide that the rate was fixed, their driver would pick up the goods and it would remain on that truck all the way thru to CA. Total lie! I was promised a delivery window from 9/18 to 9/22. As of 9/29 I cannot get a return phone call or any ETA on when my items will arrive. Total scam
