Ordered Mustang Boss 302 Ball Cap from SteedShop.com with a 14 day delivery and after three weeks I sent three e-mails before they replied. Told me it will be another week. After two weeks sent them another e-mail (they will not answer their phone) and they stated it will be another week. Checked on-line to see if there were others with the same problem and guess what........SteedShop never ships order placed with them and collects on canceled orders with restocking fees added on http://www.steedshop.com/servlet/the-template/policy/Page Complaints http://www.revark.com/review/SteedShop/S1279701576588 It's been two months now and they still offer same ball cap with 14 days delivery!!!! What I have read about SteedShop is they are a scam site and never deliver anything to anyone. Their goal is to collect FEES as stated in their unbelievable Communist policy page. Example: -Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged at time of purchase. No exceptions. -We to accept returns in some cases where special circumstances may apply. In this case return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restock or cancellation fee will apply. Original shipping charges are NOT refundable in any case if order was shipped. -You agree to our store policies when your purchase is made. Agreement to these policies binds you to any cancellation fees or other fees outlined in these policies. We do not accept any amendments to our policies by the customer. -In the case of a dispute, please be aware that we recommend all matters be negotiated between customer and client. If the customer opens a dispute with their credit card company this will automatically cancel your order and you will be liable for a 15% cancellation fee + a $20 chargeback penalty. These fees are agreed to and you are bound to them at checkout. We do utilize collection and legal counsel to pursue fees and debts due.

I agree 100%. I am going through the same thing with the "company". I ordered a hat 7 months ago and got the run around with them for the longest time. Finally they quit responding and are now impossible to get a hold of. Absolutely ridiculous that they are still getting away with this. Hopefully this will help warn others so they dont have to go through the same thing. Stay away from this company!
