stole out deposit never performed work refused to refund money

Antonio Rodriguez from total telecom corp (www.totaltelecomcorp.com) was contracted to install our Avaya partner phone system. He sent a tech to inspect the site, quoted us for the work and then asked for a $1500 deposit. Antonio promptly charged our credit card and then disappeared!! When we called the tech who came to our office, the tech said he was a sub contractor and didnt know anything about total telecom and infact he was not paid for his visit either.
bottom line, stay away from total telecom corp from Puerto Rico or they may still me saying they are from Miami FL

Unable to unsubscribe fron http://GiftCardSurveys.us.com/u.cgi?config=6337. Did not take them up on their offer, but from other reports this is really a scam to take your money...and you cannot shut them off from future efforts to hit you again. gildedcat

We did three service orders for Mr. Dennis Oleary back in July 2009 in Florida. The total owed to us is $737.15. All three of the services were for Army Recruiting Stations. After jobs were completed he started delaying payment saying that the Army had not payed him and eventually stopped taking phone calls and the last email he responded, he stated that Fantastic Networks was going to close. All the phone numbers I had for him do not work and a 2+years later we have not received payment...

Now, we posted the story above in the Rippoff report website last year and Mr. Oleary turned his efforts on defaming me and my company. We did not scam anyone, we have never asked any company for a deposit. Its all an effort to defame us. He scamed us! I will kindly provide all email correspondence between Mr. Oleary and I for anyone to see! Not in one email he talks about all the crap he is stating about scam.
