Robert Aguayo said he was an advertising coach for a company I was doing online business with. I started doing business with him and soon realized he was going behind the companies back he was working for and pocketing the advertising money through his advertising company Stratusphere Marketing Inc. When I confronted him, he had a believable story that he was helping me and the company I was doing business with where trying to rip me off. I then decided to stop doing business with Robert Aguayo because at that point, I did not trust either company. We have a written contract that he will refund my money when requested up to 6 months of purchase. I purchased the advertising on March 22nd of 2001. I asked for a refund March 31 of 2011 and he has not refunded my money. Robert told me he sent the check a few times and none has come. Robert has told me he will send the check several times (last time being May 25th 2011) and none has came. I even did a BBB report on him and he told the BBB he would send a check and it has not come. He is very convincing and a great talker. Don't believe him.

It was me he scammed. The date iI purchused is March 22 2011 not 2001. He said his name was Rob Gaines at first. He changes his name so beware. He also tried to threaten me with going to court because reported him to Ripoff.com. Told him he can't sue a person for telling the truth and he backed off. He again said he sent a check and is blaming the fires in Arizona why the check has not come in.

I realized I only been writing bad things about the company and the owner. Been wrong by writing when I was fustrated and angry about the things that went on and forgot about the good things. Robert Aguayo/Stratusphere Marketing Inc. did work hard while we did business together. Up until I asked for the refund, customer service was easy to get intouch with and when we could not connect, would call right back. Robert Aguayo was also up and up with me and taught me about advertising and what to look for in companies that are not looking out for their customers.

It was only after I asked for the refund our relationship and service crumbled. Robert Aguayo/Stratusphere Marketing Inc. still has not given my refund, but after the the hurt went away, I am able to see some good things.
