The software was glitchy and the company was unresponsive

I bought this software using paypal and the product was glitchy and didnt work as promised. The company responded with boilerplate answers which mostly referred me youtube videos which were of no help. I am an experienced computer user and I know how to use software. This product is poorly produced.
When I complained to paypal the company responded quickly by sending to paypal their terms of service which states that they are not responsible if their software doesn't work. PayPal sided with them.
Bottom line: don't waste you money. Learn from my mistake.
