| Sudden Values is a complete joke. A complete scam that sounds ligit when they call you to run a groupon daily deal. Suddenvalues.com ended up trying to scam our restaurant located in Santa Monica, CA. They so called ran a voucher deal and sold many groupons to their customers. After two months, they never sent the check. I was tired of chasing after them so I got my attorney to handle the situation. Finally got their attention. Save yourself and your business the headache and don't conduct business with Steve Klock, Bob Burton and his girl friend that answers the phone when you call. There is also a few other people in the office who are all in this to scam small businesses that don't know anything about online marketing and groupon deals. They sound ligit but this is not a real business that is looking to stick around. Just a group of friends trying to make a quick buck by scamming small businesses. |

SuddenValues has done this to many people - some businesses have had to take Steve Klock & suddenValues and US Online to court. You can find all the details about the law suit by going to the Chealean Court -

Steve Klock along with his employees have ripped off so many people and the City, County & State continue to allow him to operate.
Steve Klock owes tons of money to Dealers who paid him money for a territory to go sell their services. The Dealers all thought they had their own business however Steve Klock and his employees would take the money from the merchant and then pay the dealer when they felt like it. Many of the dealers sold the offer that the above merchant mentions above and not only does the merchant not collect his/her money but neither does the dealer.
So this is how it works - If your a merchant and they offer to do a SuddenBlitz - they offer a $20 gift certificate for $10 and the merchant is supposed to get 50% of that $10 and the other 50% is split between Steve Klock and the dealer. Steve Klock gets 60% and the delaer who sold it and did all the work putting it together gets 40%. Unfortunately Steve Klock collects it all and is really hurting small businesses.
The following is a list of merchants that ran into the same problem as the above merchant. They did a SuddenBlitz 5mo, 7mo, and even as far back as 1 year ago and they are now on a list to be paid.

This is the list of SuddenBlitz payments by priority as of 9-11-2011. We plan to begin an agressive pay down of the merchants this week, starting slow and picking up speed in the month until we have completed all payments, plus new payments coming due. Those items paid will be marked accorindly.

| I ran one recently in Michigan and they told me they would pay 30 days after the deal closed and I have not been paid. I have redeemed many of the massage certificates and still no check. I don't get response either when I email now! I received prompt paymnent from all of the other deals I ran with Deal Chicken, Seize the Deal, and Entertainment Daily Deal, but not with Sudden Values/ Sudden Blitz. Bob Burton will not respond to my emails now. Do not go with this company they owe me $1700 and I am livid!!! |

| he also goes by mike brown... people would call for him almost every day and he is always their about 98% of the time and he would say oh have them send an email or leave a message. when these sale people call you they are trained to LIE.. Its only a matter of time before the doors will be closed on him!! |
