Sun Dance Medical Center of Henderson Nevada is guilty of Medicare fraud. My Sister Julie was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2007. Julie had no close relatives living in Nevada, which resulted in the family court assigning her a private guardian under the authority of Commissioner Jon Norheim. The identity of this corrupt private guardian is Jared E. Shafer who served as Clark County’s public guardian from 1979 through 2003. I knew from the start something was terribly wrong because of the attitudes of Jared Shafer and Patience Bristol. Patience Bristol is Jared Shafer’s associate. She delighted in isolating Julie from her family. Patience would smile when she had the opportunity to tell a family member they couldn’t visit Julie. Both guardians Shafer and Bristol attempted to start fights between family members over minor things. Patience tried to sleep with Julie’s step son, and when he refused Patience told lies to his wife about so-called sexual advances made to her by the step son. The family was limited to few visits, mainly to church meetings. In 2010 the reason for this cloak and dagger behavior became clear. Without Jared Shafer’s permission I went to see my sister Julie. While looking through the mail several bills from Sun Dance Medical Center appeared. They stated Julie had made numerous visits to their facility. The reports written by Doctor Thomas Peters alleged she was confused, violent, and disoriented. On two of the false billing dates, December 10 2009, and March 21, 2010 Julie was attending church. I know this to be true because my husband and I took her to the services while visiting Julie in Nevada. Julie was never violent or disoriented. She loved to pray and devoted her life to helping disabled children. I called Sun Dance Medical Center and talked with a lady named Heather. Heather told us to call her cell after work. We did and the conversation was very revealing. Heather told us she was ordered by Doctor Peters to tell callers the computer placed the wrong last name in the database by mistake. Heather said she was fully aware this explanation was not true because the database operates on social security numbers as its primary key. This fact made the database unable to return patient records using client first or last names due to federal confidentiality requirements. Heather said she believes approximately 8 of the clinics bogus bills per month were issued to Jared Shafer’s clients. Heather told us both Doctor Thomas Peters and Patience Bristol had threatened her along with other Sun Dance employees by stating, “No one will work in Las Vegas if anyone talks about this. My boss Jared Shafer is a powerful man and when he speaks, things get done”, wined Patience Bristol. This kind of Medicare fraud is very serious to all citizens living in the United States because serious tax dollars are being ripped off by perpetrators doing business using the model of Sun Dance Medical Center. Heather has worked at Sun Dance for a long time and has personally witnessed over $34,000 per month in bogus bills filed on behalf of Jared Shafer’s clients. I decided to follow Jared Shafer and catch him alone where I could discuss this situation. My opportunity came one evening. I saw Shafer walking two blocks from his home. He was definitely drunk. I asked Shafer why he treated people in this way. Shafer replied “I can do any GD thing I want. I own the judges in this town. I am backed up by forces a little wart like you will never understand. Don’t screw with me or you will be very sorry. I’ve thought my enemy’s spirits into flaming candles, cut the candles, and watched horrible things go wrong in their lives. Shafer laughed and said this pain is fun to watch. I don’t exactly know what Shafer was talking about with this burning candle rant. It definitely sounds like a man who should be clinically diagnosed with a serious mental illness. Shafer should not be allowed to act as guardian for the weak and vulnerable who need help. The Las Vegas family court system is harming countless families. Exposure is the only weapon we have. . This psychotic attitude clearly reveals Shafer’s intent toward the people he must be responsible for protecting. Something is wrong in the Las Vegas Family Court. The judge’s rulings are not normal. It appears minds are clouded from the truth of what is taking place. Most outsiders would refer to this type of group think as a massive denial of the facts, which is similar to Germany in the 1940s. I am afraid as I write this many more people will die. Jared Shafer can you smell the stench emanating from your soul? Do you understand the harm your actions are causing to countless families? Do you really enjoy the suffering you and Patience have caused? Jared Shafer do you take comfort in the fact many people in Las Vegas live in fear of what you might do to them or their families if they try to stop you from causing harm? Shafer you will never repent, God doesn’t want your soul. Your only option is to choose non-existence at death. Your soul has no true potential for the creator. Your non-existence is the natural solution for a universe that is growing toward the positive.
