I ordered and paid ($110) for a pair of shoes from the SunnyFeet website. This in it self was not an easy task but I so wanted those RockStar Walk Stars. I regularly sent emails requesting the ETA of my order. I was eventually sent a Tracking number. There was no record of my tracking number with the courier so I emailed 'Karen' (the only email address they supplied) needless to say that I have never received a reply or my shoes. The order was made in Decemeber 2010. Unfortunately it was only after this that I went back on to the website to find an alternative contact, address or phone number. There was none!!! I have just tried to search for the site and it appears to have been shut down?

Just thought of this... Check the website's name (URL) on any of the sites that (might) give the name of the owners of websites. WHOIS.com comes to mind as one place... See if you can find any information there about who you might contact about who owns said website. But don't be surprised if that info is gone or listed inaccurately.

Anyway, since 6 months have come and gone and you've never received your order and it might be a lost cause, I would check that tracking number with all of the courier services just to see if you come up with anything. Was your credit card carrier able to be of any assistance to you in the matter? Many times they can help, but I hope you didn't wait 6 months to check it out.
