Superior Financial Group SFG Beware of Personal Information and Data Collector Internet

Superior Financial Group poses as another Financial Group on the Internet offering to provide credit assistance but with no avail. On the company's PRE-Qual screening I gave my SSN for them to run a credit report and I was approved for one of their programs! (My credit report has Derogatory marks.) After the PRE-QUAL approval letter the company requested several pages of personal, financial, and background information on my whole family to complete the application. I faxed them my application. Low and behold I realized after several days with no response that I had divulged more than I think I should have on the application. I gave them so much information about us, short of my pet dog's names, that I felt disgusted. I later received a letter stating that my application was declined due to Derogatory Credit and Insufficient ...score. DUH! Something that was already listed on my Credit Report and yet they PRE-QUAL and approved me! Yes, it has Derogatory marks due to our real estate financials; but that's another story. I think Superior Financial Group is a Personal Information and Data collector that digs and gathers information for the company's financial gain and not at all to provide consumer financial assistance. I am a disable retired vet and thought it was a legitimate site for veterans. I should have known it was a scam when I was quickly Pre-Approved shortly after my credit report and SFG gave no comments about my derogatory marks. It was a red flag that I should have seen. I hope my comments will be helpful for others considering Superior Financial Group.
