Supermedia DONT EVER BELIEVE ANY OF THEIR CLAIMS dallas, Texas

I was very skeptical of their marketing services. Our Supermedia rep promised me that we would I would be able to cancel the service after 90 days if we weren't happy with the results. She insured us that she would work closely with us during the first several weeks to monitor the performance of the campaign. We have yet to hear from her again. We have sent letters, emails and have attempted to contact the sales rep. All to no avail. Once they have you in a contract, they make it impossible to cancel the service. All they care about is collecting your monthly fee. This is the absolutely worst internet marketing service available.
