I ordered toner for our printer Feb 3, 2011, and I have yet to receive product. I have sent at least 6 emails to [email protected] with no answer back. There is NO human being to speak with. The only phone number I could find was just a voice mail. I have faxed my copy of my order and yet to hear anything as well. I am sorry that I did not do further investigation BEFORE I purchased anything from this company.

I ordered toner on 7/13/11 and did not receive it and they do not respond to my email inquiries with the system they set up on their site. I cannot find a contact phone for this company but my suspicion of this company being fraudulent is very high at this point. I may not get my money back but i am going to do everything I can do within my power. The company name Monster Toner is curiously close the company Monster Toners. Monster Toner is really supplystore.com, the fact that you cannot communicate with them has strong implications as well as the similarities in the name of another company. I am going to contact the proper authorities about this matter.
