Support Squad
They withdrew money from my account without my authorization and refused to refund it.

I tried to sign up for Dish Network, but was unable to to receive service do to my location. All of the sudden, I start seeing charges for $9.99 being withdrawn from my account for something called Support Squad. I called to see what the charges were, and to cancel my so called account with them. Pretty much, they got my info from Dish Network, and said that since I had agreed to service with Dish (which I never got), that I had also signed up for Support Squad. I then continued to get charged for several months (so far) for my "cancelled" account. I have filed a claim against them with Bank of America, so hopefully that works, but what a SCAM!!! I never received a bit of info from this company, they just literally stole money from my account for 7 months! Do not give them your service, and always have your bank on the line with you when you call these people!
