On March 11th 2011 My freind and i went to their store and looked at the living room furniture. Oksanna was my sales person who has only worked there for four months. I was told that my furniture was not in Canada until the first week of April. I also bought a kitchen table and chair set on clearance and took one hell of a look at it. I seen nothing wrong with it in one bit. Until I got home and seen that the card board that the shipping person put it on ha scratched the top of it. I just went over to Home Depo and got it fixed for $5.00.
Due to the fact that I was getting new furniture for the first week of April I got rid of all my living room furniture to make room for it all. On April 5th I phoned in and asked when it will be in, I was told the truck should be here around the 12th. I refused to take that andswer and asked to speak to a manager. I was told to phone back on April 7th. To day I phone and was told by the manager that there was NO truck comming and that all of the new items for more than just me was sitting in a warehousein the states. He wetn on to say sorry but if you have any ideas on how to get it all up here he would pass it on to his boss.
I am now looking for new furniture again and hopfully for around the same price as it is jsut me and my son in a one bedroom apartment and I can not aford much. If you have any sujestion please let me know. I hope it will not be hard getting all of my money back from them. I will be paying a very close atention.
