I purchased a set of 4 suspension lowering springs fom Suspension Max (AKA suspensionmax on eBay and Spring Tech) They were advertised as Powder Coated - Gunmetal Grey lowering springs. Seller sent me Maroon Red springs. I called him the day they arrived regarding this error on their part, seller said he had the right to make substitutions and that they were out of the Grey, so I get Red. Seller refused to take back thie item and replace it with the correct color. So I take the springs to be re-powdercoated and was informed I had 3 springs all the same and one different. What I should have received from this seller was matching pairs of 2 for the front and 2 for the rear. What I did received was 3 rear springs and one front..... Again, less than 2 weeks after sale I contacted the seller who became cocky and abusive, called me just about every four lettered word in the book, accused me of running a scam on him and refused to take the incorrect back. WHAT A TOTAL DI*K! Avoid this business like the plague! Not a credit to eBay or any site they sell on..... Had to file a chargeback on my credit card to be refunded for thier shotty service.

I agree with the post above, I have not even bought anything from this " company " that goes by two different names yet, and obviously never will. I called earlier and asked a simple question about having a particular pair of drop shocks in stock because I live within 30 mins. of their shop and wanted to pick them up that day. Well without even thinking about it the scum I spoke to ( Jason ) just said " Yeah " without even thinking about it for a second. Then I asked him how late they would be open ( since it was a Friday and did not want to drive about a half hour or more in traffic just to find out that they left early )
and the prick tells me " Don't know, don't have an answer for you! " I was pretty surprised by his rude behavior, which I bet would be different if he was facing someone face to face. Then I briefly explained my situation to him and he repeats him self like a Gimp Parrot... At that point I just ended the call. Why deal with scum like that and buy their most likely equally crap products when they can't even treat you with respect. Next time i'm in the area Jason, I just might stop by and say " Hi ". |
