SWISSCARE NUWEIBA RESORT HOTEL Nuweiba Egypt

This Hotel does not correspond to the requirements of a qualification


for a 3 or 4 Stars Hotel, is published by many tour operators !!!

it is suggested the tour operators, a new expert, unannounced visits the hotel as a private person for the purpose of verification.


Unfortunately it was determined that once everything is put in reasonably good condition, as soon as a representative of a travel agent (or other institutions) made a reservation at the Hotel.

A r g u m e n t a t i o n s:

Building

1. The building and the building service installations are in a very bad condition. It is possible,


for example, that one is electrocuted while showering at time.


2. Structural engineering has been considered in the construction of the house provided a very poor quality.


3. Windows and doors are open positions, distance between the frame and walls up to 2cm.


4. also for Egyptian relations, this situation can not be accepted.


5. Although the owner from Hotel is trying to renovate the building, it is not possible due the bad substance to have a perfect acceptable result. (no money)


6. A meaningful renovation for a medium- and long-term optimal solution would be so expensive, that the economy is not (or never) guaranteed.


7. Other hand, the owner is alone not in a financial position to make a big investment as well.


8. Also with 48% involved Egyptian Bank certainly has no interest in further investment.


9. Basis of reasonable instructions we suspect, that there might be difficulties for the CA to issue a new license (operator of Hotels in Sinai Egypt)

Cleanliness in the rooms:

1. The cleaning in the rooms is very superficial.


2. Under the bed is usually not cleaned.


3. The carpets are not maintained.


4. A vacuum cleaner is not available!


5. The bathrooms are in a desolate condition.


6. In some baths are parts of protective films. Looks very uncomfortable!


The towels feel unhygienic.

Rating: Qualification room hygiene: NOT acceptable !

Restaurants:

1. The Hotel offers 2 restaurants and a Pub. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be all time in the same restaurant.


2. The other restaurant FishFish is more than used for groups.


3. The Pub is better waiting room, the selection of drinks is very bad, beer, whisky (maybe) , cola, orange and water, that's all!


4. The morale of the staff at the pub and restaurant leaves much to be desired.


Entertainment: billiards, darts and TV.


5. The quality of the food does not correspond to the expected in a 3 Star Hotel.


6. The service in the restaurant depends on the morality of the staff. If you want to order something, sometimes you must have a lot of patience!


7. The clothing of the staff is original, good idea. Unfortunately the clothes are not usually clean, mostly!



Example of breakfast:

The Breakfast is for years of the same composition;

1. Tea or Coffee, toasted bread slices, small sticky bread,


butter, jam (strawberry, apricot and honey), for years all the same!!,


3 types of cheese (since years),


2. in additional request:


Cornflakes, 6minute eggs or scrambled eggs, cup with yoghurt, apple an orange slices.

We dispense with the description of the details about the quality and varied dinner.

Short rating Restaurant: Quality is NOT acceptable.

Additional comments relating to the service, example:

there are no fresh fruit in this hotel!! The demand for fresh fruits, you get the answer (from the owner!!!), in Nuweiba, there are shops where you can buy fruits. (very excellent service???) and this in a fertile country like Egypt. In other hotels in the area include fresh fruit any time of the day.


Cleanliness in the restaurant is samewhat okay!

Qualification restaurant: NOT acceptable !



Kitchen


Hygiene in the Hotel does not correspond to the qualification for a 3Star or 4Star Hotel. A non-notified insight into the kitchen gave a very negative impression.


Comments by a hotelier from germany: how it is possible, to cook a good meal ?


Some guests got stomach problems, of food bacteria or because of poorly prepared food.


So was the quality of holiday, life and recreation, which is expected to leave, totally restricted.

Cleanliness in the kitchen is NOT acceptable!

Location


The Hotel is at a very good location, private beach, swimmingpool. From 48 Suites (Homepage Info from the Hotel) are perhaps 50% usable! Currently many works on the site. The area around the pool, as the way to the beach is absolutely in bad conditions. No lawn, no bushes, no trees, no flowers, noting ! only sand, small stones, hard dry ground, unpleasant, annoying, unsightly.

Transportation/Taxi

The owner of the hotel is enriched at the expense of taxi rides to guests. A proud profit around 35% per person is common. Practical example: for a taxi rides from Nuweiba to CairoAirport you pay usually after hearing EGP650-700.


To reserve the same thing over the hotel, the price is ~ EGP 950-1000!

Other research has shown that



- the monthly salaries are absolutely very low. No fairness! The executive receptionist has a maximum salary of EGP 1000. The salaries of other employees of the Hotel is approximately EGP 700 or less.

- The payment to the staff is usually always late. Observed was, that guests have paid..and..this money was then immediately distributed to the employees.AnhreUmschrift

- The holidays for employees are often canceled at short notice, the reason for this is that too few personal available.

- No one dares to say something to the owner, because they are afraid of dismissal.

- The people do not like to work in this Hotel, because everything was promised and


nothing is kept!

- The owner is always an inexperienced staff, taught for the people and takes advantage of this situation. The behavior of the owner towards the staff can be seen soon as slavery.

- In addition, the research for financial information in Egypt have shown, that the financial situation of the hotel is very desolate.

- One of the the results of the saerch:


no selection, no serious offer of good food and drinks. This makes a bad impression


on the guests.

- As a guest you can find it when you see and take notice such as saves on purchase. It is only just bought this and only the cheapest, what is needed in day. You can feel for example, at dinner the quality is very poor.

- The head of the kitchen is a good professional, if only the cheapest material available, may the best chef in the world no good cook!

- The most important in a good hotel is: satisfaction, health and welfare of the guests! This hotel is this mission statement probably been forgotten.

- If you need an emergency doctor, this is not necessarily calledresaerchs has shown, that a guest, the state was critical in short, not even an ambulance was advised. This is a fact!

We can recommend to refrain from booking at this Hotel !
