Swivel Store scam! Beware, Internet

Today I was trying to place an order for ONE $19.99 Swivel Store Spice Rack. What I ended up with is INSANE. After bouncing me around through window after window of additional items which I refused, what I ended up with was an order for TWO Spice Racks and shipping charges of $31.96 for a total order cost of $71.94! I immediately looked for the Order Update button to change the quantity or delete the order completely, but it has ALREADY been processed. Looked for a phone number on their website (which caused computer to crash). There is no phone number to call these people. Found one on line. Called and was told the order is not in the system at this time, call back between FOUR to TEN hours and someone can help me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I called again 30 minutes later and told them I was seconds away from filing a "scam Report". Well here I am, and I am NOT a happy camper. I plan to call back in four - ten hours, but I don't want anyone else to have to go through this! Please be EXTRA careful ordering from these people - it is truly a scam scam! I will check back and let you all know how I made out with my cancellation, if it even happens. I plan to dispute with my credit card company if all else fails.
