T MOBILE SUPERVISORS AND STAFF I HAD 2 LINES AND HAD 2 PHONES THAT I HAD INSURANCE ON THEY TOLD ME I DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE CHARGED ME FULL PRICE

T MOBILE STOLE MY MONEY AND THAN CHARGED ME A CANCELLATION FEE OF 800.00$. THEY TOLD ME I HAD NO INSURANCE ON MY PHONES SO I HAD TO REPLACE MY PHONES AND PAY FULL PRICE, AFTER A FEW MONTHS I CANCELLED THEY'RE SERVICE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED ON THE 27TH OF DECEMBER TO TELL THEM THAT I WILL PAY THIS BILL WHEN I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR PAYING ON THE PHONES I REPLACED .
I WAS TOLD THE SUPERVISOR WILL CALL ME BACK "TODAY". ON JANUARY 3RD I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM AND HAD TO CALL THEM MYSELF, I TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR WHO TOLD ME THAT I WAS "TO LATE" AND WAS NOT GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM OR THE STORE I PURCHASED THE PHONES AT.
I AM NOT PAYING THIS BILL I FEEL LIKE THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO GIVE THEM MORE.
I HATE T MOBILE THEY STEAL FROM YOU AND THAN CHARGE YOU SOME EXTRA.
I HONESTLY THINK THIS IS A FORM OF RACISM BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT MY NAME SOUNDS FOREIGN I MUST BE STUPID ENOUGH TO NOT REALIZE THAT I AM BEING SCREWED UP AND DOWN
