I have had TMobile for a long time. Now that AT&T is taking them over, I have read reports that they have fired many of their customer service support staff. They left me on hold for six full hours, no one ever answered. I have tried to find the information online nd it is impossible. I want to know when my contract with them ends. They told me that I was eligible for an upgrade phone and I almost fell for it, but they require a two-year contract, and in one year they will no longer exist. Nevertheless they would undoubtedly expect me to pay even though AT&T takes them over in one year. I have signed up for service with AT&T instead of signing up for two more years with TMobile, which will no longer exist, but I cannot find our when my contract with TMobile expires. They provide absolutely no way to find this information - it is not on the website and you cannot contact them by phone. I called one of their stores and the man there refused to tell me when my contract with TMobile ends. The service was been getting worse, more dropped calls - at least six times a day - many times it would say "emergency calls only" when other near me were talking on their phones - just not TMobile. I don't think I should have to pay a cancellation fee, I think I should be able to cancel them because of the poor and increasingly unavailable service, and there is no way to contact them except by mail at a post office box. They don't even have their physical address on their website. Please let people know! And if there is any way you can help, please help me! Thank you.
