I been with t mobile from oct of 2008 and paid my bill on time each month as it was set up for them to take it from my checking account as they did on the 17 of each month. Well now they just bill me for over $900.00 for the month of may when i saw this on then call them about this charge and yes what it was for the lady then told me that i had not paid my bill for months i told her that you are wrong and i have in front of me the money they took out of my account each month i even fax it to her she then put we over to some other person who said that i would have to send them proof that they took it out each month so i did. Then after about five days i call them back about this charge i end up talking to some other person again told her the hole story she put me on hold for about 5min then she came back and said that she look at all the notes of every body i talk to i ask what they are going to do about this over charge she then told me to send copy of my account to show that they did take it out i told her this has been done so after a min or so some other person got on the phone and told me that they did take it out each month and would credit my bill i thank him and said go bye. Now just this month they did it again and said i owe the 900.00 and i try all over again with the story with this person and got no place with her so i told her to just close my account and i will go with a diff company. well they still say i owe them and now they try to charge me for canceling my account i told them that i would see them in court.so look out for company like this you just will never know
