I would like to file a formal against the T-mobile CEO Phillip Humm, I have tried over and over again to get a hold of someone in the corporate office to resolve my issue, but have not had any luck. I got a hold of Steven Nicley who was a complete jerk when I asked for corporate and his advice look it up. Is this guy serious he doesn't have the number to his boss. I am having a problem with a fee from a phone which was covered under warranty should not be applied. I returned a defective phone back in January which had no physical damage. I just got a bill three months later for 190.00 for physical damage to my phone. When sent my phone back there was no physical damage. I called and the only information they could give me is that the tech said the LCD was broken which is false. In January I took my defective phone to a t-mobile location so they could import my contacts to my new replacement phone. There was no physical damage to my phone. I even pay for full insurance on my phone, if what they are stating is true I could have just filed a claim with asurion their insurance carrier and get a brand new phone not a refurbished one that I still have the same issue with. T-Mobile has not been helpful and couldn't care less. I know when I sent my phone off nothing was wrong with it. If when the received it if the LCD as they allege was broken in happen when it was in the mail. I would like this money re-funded to my account immediately or I will take the proper measure. What T-mobile is doing is wrong and I have never dealt with a company in-which you cannot get a hold of someone in the corporate offices. They hide behind emails and they are a joke. Phillip Humm is a coward who should not be a CEO if he is afraid to deal with his customers. I want this fixed. Sincerely, Ms. Bozza |

I also had this same experience! I purchased a T mobile phone in Manchester, NH and they never even checked the service area! I get home and my whole area is out of their service range. Im on call 24/7, I have to have service. After speaking with customer swervice and the store clerks, I decided to return the phone after a week and a couple days. Absolutely within my "grace" period. I returned everything and was charged 39.00 for the week! They tried to charge me 78.00 but I fought them on it and they said they would "credit" the 35.00 activation fee. Then, a month goes by, I get another bill. $89.00!!! I wasl ike wth! I call customer sdervice and they tell me theres a "port"fee for "Porting my number to another phone! Ive got news for them, I have had my number for years, YEARS before I ever even thought about T Mobile. Also, I cancelled my phone within the time allotted and no place does it read AFTER you cancel your account, a month later you iwll receive an $89.00 bill for using your own number with another service. I am well within my rights and the fact is T Mobile corruptly try to charge bogus fees to peoiple in hopes they wont fight it. Its disgusting. I will never EVER use or recommend this company to ANYONE and I will also make sure that if anyone asks me about them, to share my horrific experience to save them the nightmare I went through and are STILL going through. What a disgrace you are T Mobile ! Shame on you!!! |

I have had a phone with T-mobile for almost 12 years, and today I called the CEO office and I got a persone answering the main phone number, she asked me what this was about, and I explained, why I was calling, she refused to put me thriuogh to the AA of Phillip Humm. She hung up on me, and when I called back she knew it was me again so she answrred and hang up, I called bacj again blocking my number, and I told her how proffessional she was acting.
Is this company really serious about being in business? What company would ever allow someone like this to answer a mail office phone number. Thank God the US will not approve the merger between Att and T-mobile.
Verizion, I will be calling you soon, and as a company we will switch 100 of our phone over to you. |
