Paid for product but know product provided

On January 04, 2013 we purchased 4 lanters from Task Impex who is owned and operated by Mohd Hafeez. This company is located in India the province of Uttar Pradesh and the City Moradabadhe. We paid this company approximately $350.00 to purchase 4 lanterns. This payment was done through Western Union. Mr. Hafeez said that it would take approximately 3-4 weeks to provide us with the same. Approximately three months ago he sent us one sample and the glass was broken. Unfortuntunately I have let this drag on too long because I trusted this person. Not to long ago he sent an email requesting that I pay him one thousand dollars to get the lanterns. If refused as our agreement was $350.00. At tha point as patient as I was I started to realize this person was not truthful and he was trying to scam us for more money. A couple of weeks ago I requested my money back. In his response he requested another two weeks as a grace period otherwise he would return our funds in full. Again Mr. Hafeez lied as it has been 4 weeks later with no lanterns and no funds returned. Warning do not by from Task Impex of India as Mr. Hafeez the companies owner is a liar and a scam artist.
