on the internet as some kind of financial something or other is a Stone Cold LIAR, CHEATER and a THIEF. He conned me for more than 1 1/2 years.I have given him 6 months to pay me back, $300, 1/2 the expense money that he caused me to spend and he keeps telling me his company will send a check, the check has been sent, we will send the funds, alot of lies and gibberish. I had to tell him to fix many things. He's not worth the money he asks for in advance of his halfass job. DO NOT TRUST HIM in any manner of business. DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY, DO NOT GIVE HIM PRIVATE INFORMATION of any kind. Tom Elsmore uses many different business addresses. Sleeps in a beatup pickup truck or sleeps on couches of his clients. He answers your Emails with one liners that don't answer your pertinent questions concerning business. He preys on the faith of people searching the intenet for answers concerning their business needs. If you see his name anywhere look away as you will see something more reliable than his Bullcrap. He claims to be religious and at the same time and breath will Lie, Cheat and Steal from you in Gods name. He owes many people money and does not want to pay it and yet claims to have "issued" the check. He claims to have spent X number of hours on my business plan when in Fact he used my text word for word and with out my permission added forcast numbers that are untrue and didn't even put page numbers on the final work product.

Update as of 1/31/11, This scoundrel has been playing a word game thru Emails, when he does send them, and has not paid the balance due of $200 usd. Claims to be a pro businessman and threatens with legal action even though the attorneys will cost much more than the $200. This guyis an Idiot of the highest regard. Steer clear of him. There are plenty of others that you can check out and ask for iron clad references. I know I will from now on.

Ditto...everything that happened to you, happened to me with this guy, except he destroyed more than I can tell you besides ripping me off on the pay to play scam ---thousands of dollars, promises, theft, etc, etc, ...DO NOT TRUST HIM EVEN THOUGH HE SAYS HE'S A CHRISTIAN.
He has some big supposed financial firm in Boston that he throws the name out and around and is possibly working with organized crime. He takes the creative Intellectual property and then shops it. Is completely a cheat, scammer, liar, and theif. Is a very good con, very good. Watch out!!! |
