telebrands.com and dinodirect.com do not have contact web site to edit or cancel order (made in the morning, canceled in the after noon) telebrands.com impose surprise gift (bad, cheap) and doubled the shipping handling charges dinodirect sell us bad products (don't work) from other China companies

i ordered the slice-o-matic a few days ago, and didnt want any of the other offers i was forced to listen to on the phone, yet i see they sent my name to rachel ray magazine--saying i ordered it--which i did not!! i better not be charged for this bull crap! i will never again order anything off tv or off the internet---all they do is rip people off for stuff they never even ordered. this is the second time this has happened to me--once a company took my whole bank account, saying i ordered over $500. worth of magazines---and i live on a fixed income---i would never order stupid magazines with all my money. what a rip off. never again!!
