I had a check returned by Food Lion last summer. Food Lion resubmitted the check the next day and it was paid. Later I noticed that lots of $25 fees were mysteriously being taken out of my account not to my knowledge. I called the bank and they called them "fraudulent unauthorized fees" and returned my money to me, closed the checking account and reopened another one for me. The fees were from TRS. I never received a letter or any information about this matter and assumed it was over. Now a year later they somehow got my mother-in -law's number and call her all day long. I do not live near her or have contact with her. I do not know how to stop the calls. When I called their headquarters there is no way to speak to a representative, they only want the bank account number and social security number by automation, which I do not have (account closed) nor will I give it to them unless I could speak to someone. How do I stop them?
