i bought a phone 5 years agoo from them mikes phone they asked for 400 dolars deposit ..i had to go back home for an emergency and when i got back my bills were 250 + interest+ they took my 400 deposit and on top they gave my file to collections...anyways i paid the money collection agency asked for .
they told me everthing was fine and cleared..
i opened a business and was applying for credit i found out they gave the same file to 2 different collections
when i called them they said they said telus didnt paid themm and thats why i kept my credit bad..i lost my business eventhou i send them all the info they asked me to ..which it shoudlnt be my problem since i paid the amount owing to collect cents and CBV is asking for the same file to be paid by telus which is not my problem..it should be beetwennn telus and CBV...i wouldnt recommend any body to get anything from them
