I purchased a product and after first time failure they said the package is updated and this time it's correct but I trusted them again and failed again. When I asked them for refund they replied: Please go through the guarantee policy: Any Exam failures that occur before or after 2 weeks of purchasing date are not qualified for claiming guarantee. Then I asked them "when can I have my exam to be eligible and it's nonsense" they replied: And? Just want to inform every one "BEWARE AND DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCT"

Had similar experience, but pre-sales. CISSP was sold "Q&A with explanations". I queried the explanations with online chat, was told there's no explanations. Went thru the whole "it says there are explanations" etc, to get the below. Good thing I didn't buy.

i'm rather confused, product is sold with "explanations" ? on the practise exam the button is "show answer/explanation" - if one doesn't get an answer right, one needs to have an explanation - every other vendor does this? that's the only item i try to understand to buy the test-king one
