Paid loan off in 6 weeks as opposed to paying it after scool was completed. Asked 5 times for a letter stating loan was satisfied. Called today and was told I never called for this. Informed rep there was a signed letter with loan payoff stating this. She stated they do not take letters for this. I explained one of their reps told me to do this and she stated I was not telling the whole truth. Also told her I called 4 othertimes and again was told since they did not have anything documented on this I was not telling the truth. I was told by the supervisor (who was the person who insinuated I was lying) it would take antoher 4 weeks for this letter.Asked why I paid $569 in interest if laon was satisfied in 6 weeks. Her response was that I should be happy because if I were to make monthly payments insterest would be another $400. This does not make sense a loan was paid off in six weeks band over $500 was the interest but if I paid the loan off in 3 years the interest would be $900. The interest rate was 6percent. When I do the math on this I should not have paid $500.
