TFP International The Fine Print Ordered ink cartridge, it did not come, cancelled credit card charge Internet, Tennessee

I ordered a Lexmark ink cartridge from TFP International AKA The Fine Print. An e-mail said it shipped and included a tracking number. The number was false and I never received my cartridge.


They list no phone number or address. I cancelled the credit card charge and filed this report. This company is a scam as I found out when I checked Ripoff Reports.

I purchased 3 cartridges from The Fine Print and they did not work in my printer. Both black ink cartridges would not print properly-one not at all and the other printed in a charcoal grey and had horozontal lines all through the print. I haven't tried the color cartridge since I read from another consumer on Ripoff that the cartridges ruined his computer. DON 'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They haven't answered my emails or phone calls. I have disputed the charges on my credit cards.
