I know the owner and higher level staff of The Alternative Loan Machine personally. I used to work in finance, but my business went under from the recession. I trusted them because of my personal relationship with them, but they, like all the other companies in this industry, including mine, failed. I paid them $4,200 for credit repair. The work never completed. I went through enormous numbers of hoops to request a refund, which they agreed to, but the refund was never sent. That was 3 months ago. Now, when I try to call their business line, personal numbers, get on the live chat with customer service on their website, there in no one there. No one answers the phone, returns calls, and now their chat help has been down consistently. I am incredibly disappointed and will report them to the SEC, as they have a sister company that does investments as well. They advertise as monitoring and revealing scams for credit repair and loans, and they themselves seem to be one, too.

Robert Pickar you was warned about that company, dint you get blocked by Duns, and you had a mortgage firm that was a rip off also!

I don't believe this for one minute. I know this company too... and they are in no way a scam. In fact, they help shut down scammers. I know this for a fact. They are the only serious operation any of you have every encountered. They worked for a very long time building something that this industry needed 100%, and they did it successfully and it is helping thousands of people now. I know.. I have used ALM... and the new system. It is a great thing that they are doing. If you have bad things to say about these guys, I can't back that. People just throw the word scam around so loosely these days.
