Reserved hotel using CARIBBEAN TRAVEL NETWORK site (http://www.caribbeantravelnetwork.com) When my wife arrived to hotel, they knew nothing about the reservation. She had to pay for the stay in cash. Caribbean travel network still took money form my card and do not resond to emails.

Herewith our reaction on this comment where Caribbean Travel Network is criticized by the poster of taken money and not responding e-mails.

Our e-mail file on this particular case indicates that a refund was already paid to the client on the 10th of November, compensating one night-reservation.

The file also indicates that one of our staff members had direct e-mail contact with the client on November 16th, the same date that a negative comment was posted on Ripoff Report.

A possible confusion was created as the client had made a second reservation through another agency.

This case was satisfactorily resolved, unfortunately shortly after the reporter had filed an unproven complaint about fraud.
