We are living in apartment here at the crossings. We had chosen this apartment because it was very convenient for my work and my husband’s work. However, after few months things started to change. We have had problems almost every month. It started out with our neighbor upstairs, I had just came in from shopping after 5-10 minutes the door rang I opened the door and he just stared at me with a blank face for few seconds and said, “Do you hear those noises” I said “No, I just came in few minutes ago.” He insisted on not believing me and said that I was making rattling noises in the kitchen and banging the walls.

How ridiculous is that. He lives above me and I am the one bothering him. The next day I called in the office to just let them know what was going on. Nothing was done. Few days later again he comes to our door saying we are banging our doors and he starts cussing at my husband. My husband told him to call the security if he has any problems and not just keep on coming to our door every time he is bothered by one little noise. after that I was not comfortable going to work early in the morning because I was not feeling safe.

He never showed up after that, but every night he would run around in the house and bang stuff on the floor, believe me it was as if he was lifting the couches and letting them go. This went on for months; we did not say one word after we had enough of it. One or two months ago my husband left a letter to the office and the person there said that he will look up on it and call us back the next day and let us know the situation. No one bothered to call back. We tried to stay quiet again to not to make a problem of it, until one night we had enough and decided to move out.

Our next door neighbor at 2:00am in the morning was banging at his own door and yelling and cussing in the middle of the night for his girlfriend/wife to open the door, this went on for half an hour we tried to contact the security and was about to call the police until he decided to stop. There were people yelling in the middle of the night “shut up we can’t sleep”. We were hearing him clearly from our bedroom inside. And there was a party going on the same night at 1:00 am with loud music playing and people yelling and making loud noises (this was not the first time).

Obviously we were not able to sleep that night at all; my husband goes to work 6 am in the morning. we talk to the managment again and they ask us if we ok to move different unit in this apt we say yes , they told us they are going to call us back but as alvays they did not. then we diceded to move out and give them notice. they said that they are going to call us back for the lease breaking fee they did not call us they are not honest and they are liar.
