She began on the site 11/24/2010 with a 2 week deliverable guarantee.

3 weeks later the site was not complete and inferior. The site was rushed and I didn't even receive a mock up which was promised to me a few days after she started working on the site to gather my thoughts and ideas on the direction of the site, I didn't get this mock up until two days before the site was expected to be completed on 12/17/2010

She was unresponsive and stated that this was due to instrumental people on her team being out due to deaths in their families. She stated that this took place 3 days after she received my job. If she knew that she was understaffed that was the time to notify me because she knew it was a time sensitive project. Instead she hid those facts from me and shunned my calls and emails.

She stated that my project was the only one affected and was inferior and rushed.

(I NEVER RECEIVED THIS JPEG)- 2 days prior to 12/17/10 she sent me to synergy.shanonnelson.com, the pictures were not sharp, they were blurry, the pictures had been snatched off of facebook still with writing on them, it wasn't even cropped, the site had no continuity, things were just on the site, but there was no real flow of the sight. The design was boring and not my brand, the color was blue, and masculine like. The font was small, and the drop downs were boring, of all the sites I sent her, none of them resembled this site.

She was unprofessional and did not do the things she agreed to do and that's why 3 weeks later there was a disaster and lost revenue on my part as a business owner.

(Again, first disappointment, I was not aware that she wouldn't begin the site until the funds cleared. I was knew to Paypal processessing and didn't see any other option other than bank draft. This is tough. I understand your position but it puts me in a compromised position yet again. The website wasn't reset until December 9, 2010 although I had requested it since Dec 3, 2010 because she stated that she didn't know how to do so and had to wait for her staff member to return from leave due to an illness in the family.

That sounds wonderful! In terms of capturing emails, where is those email addresses going?

This was 2 days prior to the website needing to be wrapped up and she still had all of these unresolved issues and last minute requests of me, NOT to mention, that this was the very first time, since 11/24/10 that I had even been given a mock up, the mock up turned into the actual site that I never approved to begin with.

She is the most unprofessional business person on the face of the planet. I am disgusted by her customer service, lack of empathy for her clients, and unethically willing to do or say anything to make a dollar. I want my MONEY BACK IN FULL! And NEVER will do business with such a GROTESQUE person again!
