I am disgusted with this company. I feel like I have been cheated and lied to. The rep. assured me in so many words that I would have my bad credit removed and I trusted the loan officer who referred me. I should have seen the warning signs. Unfortunately, I went to the website after all the troubles Ive had. I have been trying to contact the company but basically after 3 months and no response I gave up. I did talk to the rep. who assured me that the program works and to go to the website to their online complaint dept. It doesnt exist! Ive been in it over six months and have had one item removed, an 8 year old collection I find out I could have removed
myself. My bankruptcy is still there along with several other accounts and I have been diligently sending letters out when I receive them with no results; just keep sending the same letter over and over again. Now, all of the sudden after sending in my last bureau responses I am getting nothing!!!!!!! I was promised service, ITS IN THE CONTRACT! Here is part of the actual contract from the website, the contract that I never received! There are at least three (3) places in this contract that state that I was to receive free disputing assistance and the first line says for one year! "The FREE dispute assistance program is a one (1) year process period. Your FREE assistance program may be completed before the year expires." "This purchase includes FREE assistance in disputing accounts found to be inaccurate, unverifiable, misleading or obsolete." "I/We understand that this assistance in disputing My/Our credit report is a FREE customized service offered to Me/Us as a result of the EBOOK purchase." What happened to my one year????? I now see that this is NOT A SECURE WEBSITE and that the information I gave to the representative was not protected when it was sent. This is a scary company and a scam! This company is so much BS!!!! I am so angry that I blew $600 on a lie. Now the rep. for the company wont return my calls, he took his commission and ran! I cant even get a response when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they are useless too! If you need a testimonial for a company to run away from, this is it!
