I found the website online, I had seen it before and ordered an herbal product they advertise. I paid by debit card and they took the payment out and sent me an email saying to wait 21 days for the product to ship. The time elapsed and I emailed Jolene Wilbur and she answered and said the company was waiting for product to come over from the warehouse as a 'brother' had bought the company. I waited longer, another week or two and emailed Jolene and said I was requesting a refund. She then told me the product had been shipped. Waited again, no product. Called again and the number has been "temporarily disconnected". The website is still in place.

Pretty much the same deal here. I'm getting w/my bank to see what recourse I have as I am now unable to reach anyone or even leave a message on their phones. I sent a couple of emails today but I don't expect anything as the whole thing is a joke!!!

I had a similar issue with this company! I pursued the order but was continually assured that my order was being processed and would be delivered soon. I was told they had moved their distribution center and orders would be processed much faster from now on, blah, blah, blah! All lies to keep me from demanding my money back until it was too late. It appears they have sold the company and changed names and I don't trust them anymore. If I can't even trust them to deliver products I sure as heck can't trust the quality of their products!
