CURRENTLY UNDER F.B.I. INVESTIGATION*****These persons are mainly directing / targeting their services to the Hispanic community. They promise to assist in Loan Modifications / Loss Mitigation / Bancruptcy, and in the end they create the circumstances leading to their taking control of your property. They have been runnning this scam for a couple of years now, and they have finally been targeted by the F.B.I. for investigation. The F.B.I. recently raided their operation and hopefully they will be met with the Justice that they deserve. These persons are scum, in that they prey on the weak and the defenseless, who end up believeing in them and handing over the last of their monies with the hope that they will deliver on what they promise and have failed to do. It not has only happened to me, but to others that I know about. They have been sued and their are pending court cases. DO NOT TRUST in these con artists***BEWARE***
