Never received product or refund

Do not waste your hard earned money on buying anything from this company like I did. It has now been 19 days since I placed my order and they withdrew the money from my bank for a purchase they not only have I not received, but there is no one answering the phone messages or emails I have sent them numerous times.

This sentence is stated on their website, "Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.", however, they charged my card the same day I placed my order.

This sentence is stated on their website, "You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.", however,, there is no way to cancel your order, even 19 days later.

I received an automated email upon placing my order 19 days ago that stated I would receive a separate email upon shipment,, 18 days later and I still have not received that second email.

Their website showed that the products I ordered, were in stock and would ship within 2-3 days. That never happened.

I have written numerous emails and left several messages and have not had a return call or even gotten a person to answer the phone.

I googled the address today, only to realize that this business is an apartment complex. I wish I would have done more research before spending my hard earned money!!!!

Please, before you even think about placing your order with this company, try to call them and see what happens,, google their address,, try to find "real" reviews on the internet first!!!
