After the defense scrounged up some surprise documentation in the case and brought it in as an exhibit, my fate was sealed and we lost the case miserably! I left the justice center and went straight home without speaking to Ken.

Three weeks later I got a bill from the law offices of Kenneth Frank Kolle, for $3,000! I called them immediately to protest and they gave me the run-around saying that I misled them on the case, that I withheld crucial information that made them lose the case and that is why they still charged me.

These guys are crooks! A policy is a policy. I'm taking them to court here soon, and hopefully will be able to recoup some of the money that I lost in my first case as well.
