THe 24 hour customer service just means that they get emails 24 hours a day but even though their form you complete indicated you will get a response within 72 hours, it has been 156 hours and I have yet to hear back from them. As far as the money back guarantee within the 60 days...good luck. You cannot get money back from a company that won't acknowledge you and they have no phone number or physical address listed anywhere on their site.
