I lived there for just short of a year and a half and experienced many issues that left a bad taste in my mouth. Had several maintenance issues like a major roof leak that damaged my bed, it was actually raining in my bedroom one night, imagine that!

Also, has a major plumbing issue that created a water bill of epic proportions and took the apartment complex management months to figure out where I was billed by the city water authority for the charges. Had a ceiling fan in the living room crash to the floor one night, and the A/C only really worked in the living room. Apartment duct work was horrible and cheap windows extremely drafty and cold in the winter.

I dealt with all the issues but I recently moved out and they had the nerve to even keep my security deposit which really pisses me off. They claim they require 60 days notice, which I ended up giving them after being forced to stay an extra month to do so thus giving them the proper 60 days. Management claimed they would send my deposit back to me in the mail, and I got a letter claiming they are keeping my deposit for insufficient notice. Now there's a company with Integrity, Huh????

Seems like I'm not the only dissatisfied customer, for if you google them and check out their reviews, they are pitiful to say the least with only about a 15% approval rate. Don't take my word for it, look for yourself. Below is a review posted in 2008 from another former renter who claims they screwed him much worse. I just pasted it there so you could have a second opinion. Take a look... and please do your homework before considering living there.

I recently moved from Promenades. I lived there just about a year and half. overall not a bad place to live, however beaware that when you do move the will send you a bill for every little thing. My bill was 2649.00 of which on 40.00 of it was true.
