Not telling you the downside of the business

The Real Estate Book DBA New Point Media is not forthcoming. This is a company I have bought into for a little over a year as a publisher. What I found out prior to the internet it did real well. Now with all the social sites out there at no cost the brokers and realtors have no use for print or very little. They tell you in there training school you can sell pages for 400 to 500 dollars a page. Well I have been struggling to sell pages for 250 275. What I should of done is to visit 15 20 realtors to see if it possible to sell sell pages. Then I would of found out very few realtors and brokers have no interest in print media unless you could sell it to them for close to cost. So before you sign a check for a territory be sure you do what I did not do.
Just think about i, you are selling a dated media. Its like trying to sell VHS tapes. Better to invest in something that has a future.
