The Web Zone Unqualified, Inexperienced, Computer Repair Frauds!. Eugene, Oregon
18th of Dec, 2010 by User168934
The Web Zone in Eugene, Oregon is a fraudulent computer repair business. I took my computer to them for repair and they kept it for many, many days and gave it back to me in a worst condition. The computer was still broken and non-functioning. I called them and told them that the computer is still not fixed and they refused to do anything about it. I asked them what was wrong with my computer why it was not working they had no "clue." The owner was unable to provide me with answer instead she became irate, yelled at me and was very rude, obnoxious and abusive.

I asked for a refund seeing that my computer was still not working at all and they refused to refund my money. They kept my money, didn't fix my computer and refused to refund my money for services not rendered.

This is an arrogant, inexperienced, unqualified, incompetent fraudulent business that knows nothing about computers or how to repair them. I advise customers to take their business and computers elsewhere and don't support this dishonest outfit.
