this site promised access and results within 5 minutes of purchase. I logged into the site after I paid the fee and there were multiple options to purchase additional products. After logging into the site I had no clue what to do. It was almost like I could not do anything unless I took on line classes, reading, and purchasing other products. I called the support line but they were closed. i did receive a call from a "coach". We made an appointment for him to call me back but he did not return my call at the scheduled time. He did call me back and leave me a message apologizing for not calling me on time. I have left several messages and sent several emails since and I have not received a response. I called the number and told them that I wanted a refund of my money. The girl said that I could not request a refund until 20 days from the date of my purchase because I had to give the program a chance to work for me. I will try calling again at the 21st day. In the meantime I will try to get this off of my credit card. I have tried to give them a chance but no one returns my calls or emails. Today the websites do not even exist. I try to log in and there is no page.
