Stole my money

Ken and Brandi Stevens are complete thieves. I paid in full for a older puppy after they kept making excuses as to why my puppy was not available. They said I needed it shipped right away so I contacted them saying I had a shipper coming out that day and they said no puppies were allowed to leave due to disease. They never contacted me for months and when I asked for my money back they said they did not have it but would give it to me when they did. This went on for about 6 months and after repeated excuses they went on about what a favor they were doing by promising to return my money. When I said it was my money and they were the reason the puppy was not delivered they said I would never get my money and hung up. basically the first honest thing they said during the whole process.
