THERESE R. MALACH- is a SICK PERSON. this poor excuse for a human being, was law guardian to my children. She not only misrepresented them she outright lied in court, and suborned perjury. She was involved in so many unethical moves and down right outrageous acts that one would be hard-pressed to even believe it. She is a danger to the children she represents because she DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN in the least about them. They are simply a means to an end - that end being the payday she lives for. I pray every day that she will be stopped - exposed and sanctioned. I do believe her karma will ultimately catch up with her but until then - she is a toxic germ running rampant in the Westchester County court system. Unfortunately she is NOT ALONE- many other snakes practice with-in those walls. Clifford Klienbaum and Barry Swersky to name two. Please RUN don't walk away from these disgraceful bottom feeders.
