They try to keep my Money

So i bought Rs Gold from this site. I Payed with using paypal.
I did trust them but after my payment they say there paypal is down so i need to pay with Western Union.
But at WU i need to pay 15$ extra :s
So i declined and asked a refund after i tried asking for refund i fucked them hard.

If you have the same problem reply here and il add you to get your refund like me :p

After being a bitch it worked and they refunded me

Please tell me how, they keep saying PAYPAL tech... is down, and i have to pay another 28 dollars + they have 10 diffrent sites so i accidently payed them twice 28 dollars, how can i make a refund..?

i paid £20.25 TWICE somehow...

when i went to collect my order they said that my third transaction was not authorized and i had to contact paypal to fix the issue before they would process my order????

THIRD TRANSACTION???

i told them that there is NO unauthorized transactions on my paypal account. they just typed the same message OVER AND OVER "contact paypal. remove unauthorized transaction first. then come back"

same message, everytime i typed.

they refused to deliver my two orders (only wanted to pay for ONE!) until i contacted paypal.

Asked for a refund, they said that they are not authorized to refund me...

SO... i "print screened" the chat log, for evidence, and have now opened up paypal disputes for both transactions.
