The return policy for the Thirty Second Smile is a scam. The TV informercial says that if you are not fully satisfied for any reason you may return the product for a full refund. They do not tell you that you will not get the tax charged to your order or the shipping/handling charges back (which in my case totaled, for shipping/handling almost $40.00) I called upon receipt of my package from them which was ordered via phone during the TV infomercial. I "talked" to an automated attendant which could not clarify any of the items I was ordering and then went on to cover many other offers that I was not interested in. I was never informed what the total of the charges would be by the "attendant" or the order would have been cancelled as the final charge upon receipt of the product was outrageous. When I called to cancel and return the product, I was told that I had to pay the return shipping charges and to get my refund, I had to send the product back and call 30 Second Smile again with the tracking number. Upon receipt by them of the package my account would be credited in about 5-6 days. When I called today to give the tracking number, I was told that I would be receiving a refund to my account for the product only, not the tax charged or the shipping charges. I said that was not acceptable and was a scam. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that they were all in meetings and were unavailable. I could not tell anyone about the product itself as I never even opened up it's package, but if the product is half as bad as the return policy then it too, is a scam. I recommend that nobody order this product via phone with the automated attendant as the practice is to make it's profit by scamming customers on the shipping and handling charges. Why would they need to sell any toothbrushes when the profit can come from the fradulent shipping and handling charges?
