This company looks for independent contractors to work as "Loss Mitigation" specialist. You find the clients, collect the data, and forward same plus the money to the company. I worked with these guys some 5 years ago, and believe me they were just as crooked then as they appear to be at this time. Their negotiators are not experts as I've learned. We parted company when they turned down one of my clients, that I subsequently decided to negotiate with the lender myself. Within a short period of time I received a satisfactory result for the client that Stan Schulz and company had turned down. Once Stan and company found I had worked a client outside of their network, they shut down my replicated site. Prior to the preceeding incident, I always had trouble getting paid by Stan. It finally struck me! Why am I sending 100% of the fee to Stan and not just their fee for handling the file. Those of you still working with these guys "beware", you're probably not going to be paid. Since getting rid of Stan and company we started our own "successfull" loan modification processing company. Beware of those guys that want to take your money as independent contractors with an upfront contractor fee. The FTC MARS rule only prohibits upfront money from the consumer of load modification services----not from you people that get sucked in as independent contractors. Most of all beware any company, including US Loss Mitigation, that Stan Schulz has anything to do with!
